1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service Unavailability: If Shallwe Transfer experiences a significant technical issue that prevents the successful transfer of files, and it is confirmed as a fault on our end.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a user is mistakenly charged multiple times for the same transaction.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If it is determined that a payment was made without the account holder's authorization.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Files were successfully transferred but were not downloaded by the recipient within the retention period.
  • User errors, such as uploading incorrect files or entering incorrect recipient information.
  • Cancellations after file transfer has been completed.
  • Failure to use additional features or premium services purchased.

3. Cancellation Policy

a. File Transfer Cancellation
Once a file has been successfully uploaded and a transfer initiated, the process cannot be canceled. However, users can delete files from the system (if provided as a feature) before the recipient accesses them.
b. Subscription or Premium Services
If Shallwe Transfer offers subscription-based or premium services:

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Refunds for subscription cancellations will only be provided for unused periods of prepaid plans, subject to prorated calculations and terms.

4.Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Transaction ID or order number.
  • Description of the issue or reason for the request.

5. Processing Refunds

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within,5-10 business days
